PAREB-Cebu Realtors Board, Inc. will conduct a COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT on August 9 and 10(Sat. & Sun.), 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, at Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center, 35 Lopez Jaena Street, Cebu City.

The CRES is designed for the different sectors of society who would like to practice in the real estate industry who would like to legally obtain the right to sell or "broker" a real estate deal. With the ongoing government crackdown of illegal or "colorum" brokers, it is imperative to be licensed, else suffer the penalties of a fine or imprisonment or both per Article XIII Section 1 of Ministry Order No. 39, the administrative order regulating and governing the practice of real estate.
