CITYLIGHTS GARDENS – PHASE 2 (TOWERS 3 & 4)
DEVELOPER’S BACKGROUND AND PROJECT BRIEF

Citylights Gardens is developed for sale by Syntech Properties Incorporated, a Philippines-based company whose ultimate holding company is Woh Hup in Singapore. Since its inception in 1927, Woh Hup has established itself as a reputed and professional builder both at home and abroad. It has incorporated its 80 years of experience and expertise in innovative application of information technology, progressive project planning and management to meet even the most stringent quality and safety standards.

Through its network of subsidiary companies, Woh Hup started its operations in the Philippines when it was contracted to build the extension to the Edsa Shangri-la Hotel in Metro Manila back in 1995. The company then went into partnership with a local landowner in Cebu, to jointly undertake the development of a major luxury class condominium project, known as Citylights Gardens. Syntech Properties Inc was incorporated in 1997 and tasked with the development and sale of the Citylights Gardens project.
