PAREB-Cebu Realtors Board, Inc. will conduct a COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM ON
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT on August 9 and 10(Sat. & Sun.), 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, at
Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center, 35 Lopez Jaena Street, Cebu City.

Property Developers, Building Owners, Property Administrators & Managers, Bank
Officers, Real Estate Brokers, Planners, and Investors will learn how to effectively manage commercial buildings, industrial, institutional, educational and recreational properties; residential subdivisions and condominium development projects. This program will teach participants the discipline and gives them the basic skills and knowledge necessary on the roles, duties and responsibilities of building and property management professionals.

The lecturer for the program is MR. JEFFREY SOSA, a practitioner in the building and
property management industry and a professor at the De La Salle University Graduate
School of Business and the University of Makati – College of Technology Management
teaching post diploma and post baccalaureate programs. He is currently the President of
the Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA).

For those Licensed Real Estate Brokers whose licenses will expire on December 31, 2008
and for those who failed to renew their DTI Licenses, attending this seminar will earn them twenty (20) CEP points required by DTI for renewal.

opportunities for people wanting to join the real estate practice by conducting regularly the Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) and seminars on various subjects that will help improve the knowledge of all real estate professionals and practitioners.
