Duties and Responsibilities
- Adjudicate complaints concerning differences between members, or complaints against any member by the public as may be referred to it by the Board of Directors
- This committee shall only hear cases when the parties at interest have in writing agreed to submit their differences or their respective complaints to the committee for deliberation and possible amicable settlement.
- Bring to the attention of the Board of Directors of CEREB such behavior, conduct or practice of CEREB members which are inimical to or contravene the principles and objectives of CEREB
- Bring to the attention of the BOD of CEREB such other practices by parties other than CEREB members particularly in their real estate dealings, which may be dishonest or prejudicial to the real estate industry or to the tenets of Realtorism.
