PAREB-CEREB VISION

The PAREB-CEBU REALTORS® BOARD, INC. (PAREB-CEREB) envisions itself to be a leading, dynamic and progressive local constituent board of the PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® BOARDS, INC. (PAREB). Committed to the professional and effective delivery of real estate business transactions and contribute to the economic, social and political well-being of Cebu City, Cebu Province, and the entire Nation.

PAREB-CEREB MISSION

We Commit our Board and ourselves to the pursuit and attainment of the following purposes:

1. To protect the public from dishonest or incompetent Salesmen, Brokers, Appraisers, and Consultants;
2. To prescribe standards and qualifications for those realty service practitioners;
3. To maintain high standards in the Real Estate profession;
4. To protect licensed Real Estate Salesmen, Brokers, Appraisers and Consultants from unfair or improper competition and;
5. To promote and abide by the guidelines of the National Code of Ethics and Proper Conduct.
